History:

The Melbourne Grand Prix First got introduced to Formula 1 in 1985, where they set the circuit to be in located around Elm Park.

The expectations of the Melbourne Grand Prix was massive, as Bob Jane an ex-racer created a massive thunderdome, he also created the AUSCAR series which brang NASCAR to Australia.

This street race circuit in 1996 first held its first championship race. After the first race and ever since driver and fans can not wait to get back to the Melbourne circuit.
